Philip grew up in a small town in Western New York where he fell in love with music and worship. His Grandfather and Father, both pastors, were influential in his Christian faith while his mother and siblings have always been very supportive and caring along the way. Philip went to college at Waynesburg University where he graduated with a degree in Music Ministry. Upon graduation Philip moved to Greenock where he currently resides. You can find Philip throughout the week making sandwiches at the Greenock Deli, playing the drums in a local rock band, rooting for the Chicago Cubs, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Penguins, or volunteering with many youth ministries in the area.
Denise has been in the office since January 2018. She is responsible for day to day activities at the church along with overseeing most financial aspects. Denise has previous church experience, along with 14 years in the banking industry.
Jimmy has been working and volunteering in youth ministry for most of his adult life, and he looks forward to joining this community. He is currently a coordinator for the high school program at the New Wilmington Mission Conference. Previously, he has worked with Youth for Christ and John McMillan Presbyterian Church. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys connecting with people over shared love of movies, sports, music, and coffee. Jimmy believes that God is present in all things, whether he is cry-laughing at a silly joke, or crying while listening to Taylor Swift. He hopes the youth group will be a space for the students to feel comfortable being themselves.
